Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) process, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning.
  • Oversee all accounting operations, including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting, and Revenue Recognition.
  • Develop and maintain a robust internal control framework to safeguard company assets.
  • Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Manage cash flow, treasury, and working capital to optimize financial performance.
  • Coordinate and lead the annual external audit process.
  • Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to support key business decisions in logistics operations.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. CPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional certification is strongly preferred.
  • Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven experience in the logistics, supply chain, or transportation sector highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS/SFRS and local tax regulations (Singapore).
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Dynamics 365) and advanced Excel skills.
  • Outstanding leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
