Based at our modern office in Maritime Square, HarbourFront, you will oversee the full spectrum of financial activities, from FP&A and reporting to internal controls and treasury. This is a pivotal role that directly influences our strategic direction in the dynamic Asian logistics market.
What You Will Do
- Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes, providing insightful analysis to management.
- Manage and mentor a growing finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
- Ensure compliance with SFRS/IFRS standards and local statutory requirements.
- Drive efficiency in working capital management and cash flow forecasting.
- Partner with operational leaders to evaluate business cases for new initiatives and investments.
- Manage the coordination and preparation of annual statutory accounts and audits.

- Lead the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) process, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning.
- Oversee all accounting operations, including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting, and Revenue Recognition.
- Develop and maintain a robust internal control framework to safeguard company assets.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior management and stakeholders.
- Manage cash flow, treasury, and working capital to optimize financial performance.
- Coordinate and lead the annual external audit process.
- Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to support key business decisions in logistics operations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. CPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional certification is strongly preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proven experience in the logistics, supply chain, or transportation sector highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS/SFRS and local tax regulations (Singapore).
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Dynamics 365) and advanced Excel skills.
- Outstanding leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
