Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee full-cycle accounting operations, including general ledger management, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with corporate standards.
- Prepare comprehensive financial forecasts, budgets, and variance analysis reports for senior management.
- Manage cash flow, treasury functions, and banking relationships to optimize liquidity.
- Ensure strict adherence to statutory financial reporting requirements, tax regulations, and internal audit controls.
- Collaborate with department heads to drive cost-reduction initiatives and improve operational profitability.
- Supervise and mentor finance staff, fostering a high-performing and collaborative team culture.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for external auditors and regulatory authorities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CA).
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in financial management, preferably within an MNC environment.
- Strong technical proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of local statutory reporting, FRS, and tax compliance regulations.
- Proven track record in financial planning, budgeting, and performance management.
- Excellent leadership abilities with the capacity to manage and motivate a professional team.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into executive-level strategic insights.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders across various organizational levels.
