Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely monthly financial statements, annual budgets, and financial forecasts.
- Provide detailed interpretation and analysis of hotel financial status to senior management and stakeholders.
- Manage and monitor the hotel's cash flow, ensuring sufficient liquidity for operational needs and capital projects.
- Maintain and improve internal control systems to safeguard company assets and ensure data integrity.
- Lead and mentor the accounting team, fostering a culture of professional development and high performance.
- Ensure full compliance with Philippine tax laws, statutory reporting, and local government requirements.
- Coordinate with external auditors for the timely completion of annual financial audits.
- Monitor and analyze departmental expenses and revenue trends to identify areas for cost optimization.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field; a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is mandatory.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in financial management, ideally within the hospitality or service industry.
- In-depth knowledge of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS) and local tax regulations.
- Proven expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, and strategic planning.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Opera, or similar Hotel Management Systems) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong leadership abilities with experience managing a multi-functional accounting team.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts to non-financial managers.
- Strong ethical standards and attention to detail.
