Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all daily financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with Philippine accounting standards.
- Develop and manage the annual budget, forecast financial performance, and implement cost-control measures.
- Ensure full compliance with local tax laws, financial regulations, and internal policies.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to ensure high performance and professional growth.
- Conduct financial analysis to provide actionable insights to senior management for strategic decision-making.
- Manage banking relationships and negotiate terms with financial institutions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
- At least 5 to 7 years of progressive experience in a managerial finance role.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in financial management software and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting within the construction or real estate industry.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning abilities.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
