We are currently seeking an experienced and strategic Finance Manager to oversee the financial controlling of our entities and lead the monthly consolidation processes. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end monthly consolidation process for APAC entities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Prepare and analyze monthly management accounts, variance reports, and financial statements.
- Conduct in-depth variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost optimization.
- Collaborate with regional finance teams to standardize reporting processes and improve data quality.
- Support the budgeting and forecasting process by providing accurate financial projections.
- Ensure full compliance with accounting standards and internal control policies.
- Act as a business partner to department heads, providing financial insights to support strategic decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (CPA, ACCA, CIMA, or similar professional qualification is preferred).
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in financial controlling, consolidation, or senior accounting roles.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems, with experience in SAP or Oracle highly desirable.
- Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of financial modeling tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
