Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee the monthly financial consolidation process for multiple APAC entities.
- Manage financial controlling activities, ensuring adherence to group policies and statutory requirements.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for management review.
- Collaborate with regional department heads to facilitate effective budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Ensure full compliance with local tax regulations and international accounting standards (IFRS/MFRS).
- Drive process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial reporting workflows.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external auditors during annual audits.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (ACCA, CPA, or ICAEW) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in financial controlling, consolidation, or general ledger management.
- Strong technical knowledge of IFRS and local regulatory requirements within the APAC region.
- Proven ability to manage multi-currency consolidations in a complex organizational structure.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable recommendations.
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise with regional stakeholders.
