Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the preparation and consolidation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in strict accordance with IFRS and local GAAP standards.
- Develop and manage the annual budget, cash flow forecasts, and long-term strategic financial plans for the organization and its subsidiaries.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to ensure high performance, operational efficiency, and professional growth.
- Analyze complex financial data and trends to provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to the executive board.
- Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to ensure optimal financial health and operational continuity.
- Ensure full compliance with local tax laws, regulatory requirements, and corporate governance policies.
- Liaise with external auditors and statutory bodies to facilitate smooth audits and regulatory reviews.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks to protect company assets and enhance operational resilience.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or MICPA is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a senior finance role, preferably within a multi-entity or multinational environment.
- Proven experience in financial consolidation, management reporting, and statutory compliance for multiple business units.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) is required.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and present it clearly.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
