Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to support strategic business objectives
- Lead month-end closing activities and ensure accurate financial reporting
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger operations
- Develop and implement internal controls to maintain financial integrity
- Analyze financial performance metrics and provide recommendations for improvement
- Coordinate external audits and ensure compliance with Malaysian financial regulations
- Mentor finance team members and foster a culture of continuous improvement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; professional certifications (ACCA/CPA) preferred
- Minimum 5 years of progressive finance experience with at least 2 years in managerial roles
- Proven expertise in financial modeling, variance analysis, and KPI reporting
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian GAAP and tax regulations
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities with experience managing cross-functional teams
