Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Lead and develop the finance team through mentorship and performance management
- Ensure regulatory compliance with BIR, SEC, and other financial authorities
- Analyze financial data to provide strategic insights to senior management
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and treasury operations
- Implement financial controls and risk management frameworks
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities
- Optimize financial processes using ERP systems and automation tools
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (CPA preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of progressive finance experience with 2+ years in managerial roles
- Expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and regulatory compliance
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data
- Proven leadership experience managing finance teams of 5+ members
- Experience in multinational corporations or large local enterprises
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement
