Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee the full spectrum of financial accounting, including GL, AP, AR, and month-end closing activities.
- Develop and manage annual budgets, financial forecasts, and cash flow projections to support business operations.
- Ensure strict compliance with local tax regulations, statutory requirements, and international financial reporting standards (MFRS/IFRS).
- Provide in-depth financial analysis and performance reports to the management team to facilitate strategic decision-making.
- Optimize financial systems and internal control processes to enhance operational efficiency and mitigate risks.
- Manage relationships with external auditors, tax agents, and banking institutions.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to the finance team to foster a culture of accuracy and accountability.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Professional qualification like ACCA, CPA, or ICAEW is highly preferred).
- Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in finance management, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
- Solid understanding of Malaysian tax laws, GST/SST compliance, and local corporate legislation.
- Proficiency in financial software (ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or SQL accounting) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex financial data into clear, strategic narratives.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to manage high-pressure environments while maintaining precision and integrity.
