Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end finance and accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting
- Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes ensuring timely and accurate financial statements
- Develop and implement financial controls, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with accounting standards
- Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to support strategic decision-making
- Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable financial insights to senior management
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities during audits and compliance reviews
- Lead and mentor the finance team to enhance performance and professional development
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Professional certification (ACCA, CA, CPA, or equivalent)
- Minimum 5 years of progressive finance experience with 2+ years in managerial role
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards (FRS) and tax regulations
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and process improvement
