Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee full spectrum of financial functions including management reporting, financial accounting, and budgeting.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with MFRS and statutory requirements.
- Drive the budgeting and forecasting process, identifying variances and providing strategic recommendations for cost optimization.
- Manage cash flow planning, treasury operations, and banking relationships to ensure optimal liquidity.
- Ensure strict adherence to tax regulations, corporate law, and internal control policies.
- Collaborate with department heads to support strategic decision-making through financial modeling and performance analysis.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop the finance team to ensure high productivity and professional growth.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure smooth audit processes and compliance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a professional qualification (ACCA/CIMA/CPA/MIA).
- Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of Malaysian Taxation, Companies Act, and financial reporting standards.
- Strong proficiency in ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or SQL Accounting) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proven ability to manage deadlines in a high-pressure environment with strong attention to detail.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams.
