- Oversee full spectrum of financial operations including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth and operational efficiency

- Lead and mentor finance team, fostering professional development and high performance
- Analyze financial data, prepare executive reports, and provide strategic recommendations

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA/MBA preferred
- Minimum 5 years progressive finance experience with 2+ years in management
- Strong proficiency in financial software (ERP systems) and MS Office Suite
- Expert knowledge of Malaysian financial regulations, tax laws, and GAAP
- Proven track record in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced F&B environment with multiple priorities
