Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage all financial operations across construction and property development entities
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and reporting requirements
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll functions
- Oversee cash management and financial risk assessment
- Report directly to the Managing Director on financial performance and strategic initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CPA, or equivalent)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance management, preferably in construction or property development
- Proven experience in running finance functions solo or in small teams
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian financial regulations and reporting standards
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications
