Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee all financial accounting operations, including month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Manage corporate budgeting, forecasting, and cost control initiatives to ensure fiscal responsibility.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements in compliance with local regulations and accounting standards.
- Perform detailed variance analysis to track business performance against set budgets.
- Optimize cash flow management and ensure internal financial controls are strictly maintained.
- Provide strategic financial recommendations to senior management to improve organizational profitability.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax agents for statutory compliance and audits.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Professional qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, or CPA is highly preferred).
- Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in accounting or financial management.
- Strong proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or SQL-based ERP systems) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Comprehensive understanding of Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS) and taxation laws.
- Excellent analytical skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Strong leadership capabilities and the ability to manage cross-functional communication.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is essential.
