In this critical role, you will oversee the full spectrum of finance functions, including financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, cash flow management, compliance, internal and external audits, cost control, and risk management. You will also be responsible for mentoring and developing the finance team across departments, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in compliance with MFRS and IFRS.
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, providing variance analysis and actionable insights to management.
- Manage cash flow, optimize working capital, and maintain strong banking relationships to support operational needs.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements, tax regulations, and corporate governance standards.
- Coordinate internal and external audits, implementing recommendations to strengthen controls and processes.
- Identify cost reduction opportunities and implement effective cost control measures across the organization.
- Assess financial risks and develop mitigation strategies to safeguard company assets.
- Mentor, train, and develop the finance team, ensuring high performance and professional growth.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- Professional certification such as ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or equivalent is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS), IFRS, and tax laws.
- Proven experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Demonstrated leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
