We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Finance Manager to join our team in San Francisco, Cavite. As the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of the finance department, including financial planning, reporting, and analysis. You will work closely with senior management to provide strategic financial guidance and ensure the company's financial health. Your role will involve overseeing budgeting and forecasting processes, managing cash flow, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and leading a team of finance professionals.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in accounting or finance, with proven experience in a managerial role. You should possess excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex financial information effectively. A CPA qualification is highly preferred, and experience in the logistics or trucking industry is an advantage.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operations of the finance department
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting (monthly, quarterly, annual)
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis
- Manage cash flow and working capital
- Develop and maintain internal control policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and tax filings
- Provide strategic financial advice to senior management
- Lead and mentor the finance team
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- CPA or CMA certification preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience in finance management, preferably in logistics or trucking industry
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
