Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily financial operations and ensure the accuracy of financial records and reporting.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, including Profit & Loss (P&L), balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
- Lead the annual budget preparation process and monitor variances against the budget to ensure cost control.
- Ensure full compliance with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and Marriott International accounting policies.
- Manage vendor relationships, process invoices, and reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
- Conduct financial forecasting and strategic planning to support the hotel's growth objectives.
- Mentor and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accuracy.
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses for capital projects and operational initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related major (4-year degree) OR a 2-year degree from an accredited college with specific technical training in finance/accounting.
- Strong understanding of financial principles, generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP), and internal controls.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with financial management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex financial data and present actionable insights to management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse groups.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a finance team effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and integrity.
