As a key member of the senior management team, you will not only ensure the accuracy and integrity of our financial records but also proactively guide the company's financial strategy. You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning, directly influencing our expansion into new concepts and markets. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the full spectrum of financial accounting, reporting, and analysis functions.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports in compliance with MFRS and statutory requirements.
- Develop and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections to support strategic business planning.
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls, financial policies, and procedures to safeguard company assets.
- Manage the annual audit process, tax submissions, and corporate tax planning strategies.
- Oversee the Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger teams, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Provide strategic financial insights and cost optimization recommendations to the senior management team.
- Liaise with external auditors, bankers, tax agents, and regulatory authorities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Professional qualifications (ACCA, CPA, CIMA, MIA) are highly preferred.
- Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial role (F&B or retail experience is a plus).
- Strong knowledge of MFRS, Malaysian tax laws, and SST compliance.
- Highly proficient in accounting software (e.g., SQL, Autocount, or SAP) and advanced MS Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a strategic mindset.
- Proven leadership abilities with experience in managing and developing a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of presenting financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
