Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee full-spectrum financial accounting, ensuring compliance with MFRS and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive management.
- Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes to optimize commercial unit performance.
- Design, implement, and monitor robust internal financial controls to mitigate risk and ensure asset protection.
- Act as a strategic business partner, providing financial analysis and guidance to non-finance department heads.
- Manage treasury operations, including cash flow forecasting and working capital management.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax agents, and relevant regulatory bodies for seamless compliance.
- Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and reporting systems to enhance operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Professional qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, or CPA is highly preferred).
- Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in financial management, preferably within a large conglomerate or multinational corporation.
- Strong technical knowledge of MFRS, taxation, and corporate governance standards.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.
- Proven ability to analyze complex financial data and deliver high-level insights for decision-making.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing high-performing finance teams.
- Strong interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent command of English and Malay, with superior written and verbal communication abilities.
