Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee the full-cycle accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
- Develop and manage annual budgets and financial forecasts, analyzing variances and recommending cost-saving initiatives.
- Ensure strict compliance with Malaysian tax regulations, statutory requirements, and company policies.
- Lead cash flow management, treasury operations, and banking relations to ensure liquidity.
- Conduct internal audits and financial reviews to mitigate risks and improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with senior management to provide financial insights and strategic recommendations for business growth.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Professional qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or MICPA is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in finance management, preferably within the IT or Security industry.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian tax laws, accounting standards (MFRS), and financial reporting frameworks.
- Proficiency in financial software (SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
