We are seeking a highly talented Finance Manager to lead our financial operations at our Taguig City office, playing a key role in driving the company's financial strategy and ensuring operational excellence.
As the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and fixed assets. You will manage the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial statements in accordance with IFRS. A key aspect of this role is to establish and maintain robust internal controls to mitigate risks and safeguard company assets. You will work closely with department heads to develop budgets, forecasts, and financial models that support business growth and efficiency.
You will act as the primary liaison between the local finance team and the global finance headquarters, ensuring alignment with group reporting standards and policies. You will also ensure full compliance with local tax regulations, including BIR requirements, and coordinate external and internal audits. Leading a team of accountants, you will provide mentorship, set performance goals, and promote a culture of continuous learning.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the full accounting cycle, including AP/AR, GL, fixed assets, and month-end close
- Prepare accurate financial statements and management reports in compliance with IFRS
- Develop and enforce internal control policies to protect company assets
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support decision-making
- Ensure compliance with BIR regulations, statutory filings, and audit requirements
- Collaborate with global finance team to standardize processes and reporting
- Manage, train, and mentor accounting staff to achieve high performance
- Identify and implement process improvements for operational efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field; CPA license required
- Minimum 7 years of accounting experience with at least 3 years in a managerial role
- Strong understanding of IFRS, local GAAP, and internal control frameworks
- Proven experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
- Knowledge of Philippine tax laws and statutory compliance requirements
