Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full spectrum of financial and accounting functions for the company and its group of companies
- Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting standards
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives
- Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial risk management
- Collaborate with senior management to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making
- Streamline financial processes and implement best practices for efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CIMA) is preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance management, preferably in a similar industry
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting standards
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing finance teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail with high accuracy in financial reporting and analysis
