Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee full-spectrum financial accounting operations, including General Ledger, AP, AR, and bank reconciliations.
- Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes in compliance with FRS/IFRS standards.
- Develop and track annual budgets and financial forecasts to support organizational goals.
- Perform in-depth variance analysis and provide actionable financial commentary to management.
- Ensure corporate tax compliance and coordinate with internal/external auditors for statutory audits.
- Optimize cash flow management and maintain strong banking relationships.
- Implement and improve financial internal controls to mitigate operational risks.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team to ensure department-wide excellence.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, or equivalent).
- Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in financial management, preferably within an MNC environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and corporate tax requirements.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced Excel modeling skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data for non-finance stakeholders.
- Proven track record in team leadership and project management.
- Highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented professional.
