Prince’s Landscape & Construction Pte Ltd is seeking a strategic and driven Finance Manager to oversee our financial operations and provide high-level insights to our management team. As we continue to grow, we need an analytical leader who can bridge the gap between rigorous financial reporting and operational efficiency.
In this role, you will be the cornerstone of our financial health, managing everything from cash flow and budgeting to tax compliance and internal controls. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to drive profitability and ensure sustainable growth. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the full spectrum of financial operations, including GL, AP, AR, and fixed assets.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with FRS.
- Develop and implement robust budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning models.
- Monitor cash flow, manage banking relationships, and ensure effective working capital management.
- Oversee tax filing, regulatory compliance, and statutory audits to ensure alignment with Singapore standards.
- Implement and maintain internal financial controls to safeguard company assets and reduce operational risk.
- Provide insightful financial analysis to senior management to support strategic decision-making and operational improvements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a professional qualification such as ACCA, CA, or CPA.
- Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in finance roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
- Strong technical knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, MYOB, or SAP) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Proven ability to manage financial operations within the construction or landscape industry is highly advantageous.
- Strong analytical mindset with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide a team.
