Tanggung Jawab
- Lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes to align with strategic objectives
- Oversee month-end closing, financial reporting, and variance analysis
- Develop and implement financial controls to ensure regulatory compliance and risk mitigation
- Collaborate with department heads to analyze financial performance and drive cost optimization
- Manage treasury operations, cash flow management, and banking relationships
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives for financial systems and processes

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA/ACCA preferred)
- Minimum 8 years of progressive finance experience with 3+ years in management
- Proven expertise in financial modeling, reporting standards, and regulatory compliance
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and financial analysis tools
- Strong strategic thinking with ability to translate data into actionable business insights
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders
