Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the preparation and management of annual budgets, financial forecasts, and long-term business plans.
- Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger maintenance.
- Conduct in-depth variance analysis of actual results vs. budgets to identify trends and operational inefficiencies.
- Develop and implement robust internal financial controls to safeguard company assets and ensure audit readiness.
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize resource allocation and drive cost-reduction initiatives.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with local tax laws and accounting standards.
- Manage cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning to support ongoing operational requirements.
- Provide strategic financial counsel to the senior management team regarding investment opportunities and risk management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field; CPA license is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel (Financial Modeling).
- Strong knowledge of Philippine taxation, regulatory compliance, and statutory reporting requirements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
- High level of integrity, professional skepticism, and attention to detail.
- Residency in or willingness to relocate to Bulacan/Greater Metro Manila area.
