Join PT Haizhen Cosmetics Indonesia as Finance Manager and spearhead the financial backbone of our rapidly expanding beauty brand. In this pivotal leadership role, you'll own the end-to-end finance function, driving strategic financial planning, operational excellence, and sustainable growth. You'll be instrumental in optimizing P&L performance, ensuring strict tax compliance across Indonesia's complex regulatory landscape, and analyzing e-commerce margins to maximize profitability in our digital channels. Tanggung Jawab
- End-to-end ownership of the finance function including month-end/year-end closing, financial reporting, and budgeting
- Strategic P&L management with continuous improvement initiatives
- Tax compliance and regulatory adherence across Indonesian tax authorities
- E-commerce margin analysis and optimization strategies
- Leadership and development of the finance team (5-8 members)
- Collaboration with sales, marketing, and operations on financial planning
- Implementation of financial controls and risk management frameworks
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/ACCA preferred)
- Minimum 5 years finance management experience, preferably in cosmetics/FMCG
- Expert knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and compliance
- Proven experience managing e-commerce financial operations
- Strong leadership skills with team development experience
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and MS Excel
- Strategic financial planning and business partnering experience
