- Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for operational units
- Oversee financial reporting, compliance, and internal controls
- Drive cost optimization initiatives and financial performance analysis
- Manage accounts payable, receivable, and treasury operations
- Lead and develop high-performing finance teams
- Collaborate with global finance teams on standardization initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (CPA preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of progressive finance experience with 2+ years in management
- Proven expertise in financial planning, reporting, and compliance
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, or multinational corporations
- Advanced knowledge of Philippine accounting standards and tax regulations
- Excellent leadership and cross-functional collaboration abilities
