Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth objectives
- Manage accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and tax compliance
- Lead financial audits and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and recommend improvements
- Supervise finance team members and mentor professional development
- Coordinate with department heads for resource allocation and cost optimization
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
- Minimum 5 years progressive finance management experience
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and financial software
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Expert knowledge of Philippine tax regulations and GAAP
- Proven leadership ability in managing finance teams
- Experience in IT or digital security industry is advantageous
