As the Finance Manager, you will lead our finance team and oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations of the finance department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management.
- Prepare and present accurate financial statements, management accounts, and monthly/quarterly reports to senior management.
- Develop and manage annual budgets and forecasts, monitoring variances and recommending corrective actions.
- Ensure full compliance with Malaysian financial regulations, tax laws, and corporate governance standards.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team to ensure operational excellence.
- Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and identify new business opportunities.
- Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and government agencies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Certified Professional Accountant (CPA), ACCA, or CIMA qualification is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in finance management, preferably in a manufacturing or corporate environment.
- Strong working knowledge of Malaysian GAAP and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or MYOB) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
