Fsc Capital Indonesia is currently seeking a highly skilled and results-oriented Finance Manager / 财务负责人 to join our growing team in Jakarta Barat. This is a critical leadership role responsible for overseeing all financial operations, ensuring tax compliance, and providing strategic financial insights to support our business growth.
As our Finance Manager, you will act as a key advisor to the management team, bridging the gap between operational activities and financial performance. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in accounting and tax regulations in Indonesia, combined with the ability to navigate complex financial landscapes. Proficiency in both Mandarin and Indonesian is essential for this role to effectively communicate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and oversee the financial strategy, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term business planning.
- Manage end-to-end accounting processes, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and compliance with Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK).
- Lead tax planning and compliance efforts, including PPh, PPN, and corporate tax reporting.
- Design and implement robust financial systems and internal controls to mitigate operational risks.
- Analyze business performance, identify cost-saving opportunities, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and corporate treasury functions.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure smooth financial audits.
- Facilitate effective cross-border communication between Indonesian operations and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in financial management, accounting, or audit.
- Fluent in Mandarin and Indonesian (both verbal and written) is mandatory.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax laws, regulations, and statutory reporting.
- Proven expertise in using ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or local accounting systems).
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Professional certification such as Brevet A/B or CPA is highly preferred.
- High integrity, leadership qualities, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
