Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all financial accounting operations ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements
- Develop and implement tax planning strategies while managing tax compliance and reporting
- Manage fund allocation, cash flow optimization, and investment strategies
- Establish and maintain robust internal control systems to mitigate financial risks
- Prepare comprehensive financial statements and management reports for stakeholder review
- Lead annual budgeting processes and monitor financial performance against targets
- Coordinate external audits and ensure adherence to financial policies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field with professional certifications (ACCA/CPA)
- Minimum 5 years of progressive finance management experience
- Proven expertise in financial accounting, taxation, and fund management
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian financial regulations and tax laws
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and financial software
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder communication abilities
