Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Develop and implement financial policies to optimize resource allocation
- Manage banking relationships and coordinate with external auditors
- Analyze financial data to support strategic business decisions
- Lead and develop the finance team through mentorship and performance management
- Monitor key financial KPIs and provide actionable insights to senior leadership
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/ACCA preferred)
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in finance management role
- Expertise in Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP) and financial modeling tools
- Strong leadership skills with proven team management experience
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
