Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all financial operations and ensure fiscal responsibility of the organization
- Develop, implement, and maintain financial systems, policies, and procedures
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processes
- Conduct regular financial audits and ensure compliance with regulations
- Provide financial guidance and support to senior management
- Monitor cash flow and ensure adequate financial resources for operations

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA or CPA certification is a plus
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in the security industry
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Strong leadership abilities with experience managing finance teams
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
