Tanggung Jawab
- Lead all accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger management
- Develop and maintain robust financial reporting systems for stakeholders and regulatory compliance
- Oversee budget preparation, variance analysis, and financial forecasting
- Implement internal controls and risk management frameworks
- Manage banking relationships and optimize cash flow operations
- Prepare monthly financial statements and executive dashboards
- Coordinate annual audits and ensure adherence to GAAP/IFRS standards
- Lead financial system implementations and process improvements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification preferred
- Minimum 5 years progressive experience in finance management
- Expertise in financial software (QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and ERP systems
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data
- Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Knowledge of Philippine tax regulations and accounting standards
- Excellent leadership and cross-functional collaboration abilities
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and data visualization tools
