Tanggung Jawab
- Act as the primary financial liaison between the Singapore office and the India offshore shared services team.
- Oversee and manage the full spectrum of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) cycles.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of the General Ledger (GL) through regular reconciliations and audits.
- Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities and reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to resolve discrepancies and improve process workflows.
- Monitor cash flow and ensure compliance with both Singapore and local financial regulations.
- Support management in budget preparation, forecasting, and detailed variance analysis.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification (ACCA, CA, CPA).
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in financial accounting or management roles.
- Proven track record of working with offshore or remote finance teams.
- Deep understanding of AP, AR, GL, and end-to-end financial reporting processes.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent communication skills to bridge cultural and operational gaps.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
