Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the finance department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with PSAK (Indonesian Accounting Standards).
- Develop and monitor the annual budget, cash flow forecasts, and long-term financial plans to support business objectives.
- Ensure full compliance with tax regulations (PPN, PPh) and government reporting requirements.
- Manage banking relationships, liquidity, and working capital efficiently.
- Conduct regular financial analysis to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and risks.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to ensure high performance and professional growth.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration from a reputable university.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Finance Manager or Senior Finance role within the manufacturing or trading sector.
- Strong working knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and tax laws.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
