Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Lead, mentor, and supervise finance team members to ensure high performance and professional growth
- Prepare, analyze, and present financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to senior leadership
- Oversee financial operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processes
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and internal control policies
- Collaborate with department heads to support financial decision-making and cost optimization
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial efficiency and reporting accuracy
- Manage relationships with financial institutions, auditors, and external stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; Master's degree or CPA certification preferred
- Minimum 5 years of progressive finance experience with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Proven expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting methodologies
- Strong proficiency in financial software (ERP systems) and advanced Excel skills
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities
- Demonstrated leadership experience in team development and performance management
- Deep understanding of Indonesian financial regulations, tax codes, and reporting standards
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to present complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders
