- Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies aligned with organizational mission and project goals
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes for multi-year initiatives
- Oversee financial reporting, including monthly/quarterly statements and donor-specific documentation
- Ensure compliance with local accounting standards, tax regulations, and grant requirements
- Manage cash flow optimization and investment strategies for operational sustainability

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (CPA/MBA preferred)
- Minimum 5 years progressive financial management experience, preferably in non-profit sector
- Expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and regulatory compliance
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Excel
