Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the end-to-end financial reporting process, including preparation of P&L statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow analyses.
- Manage project costing and budgetary control, analyzing variances to ensure project profitability.
- Ensure full compliance with local regulatory requirements, tax laws, and corporate governance standards.
- Lead day-to-day finance operations, including general ledger management, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Supervise and mentor the finance team, conducting performance reviews and fostering professional development.
- Conduct internal audits and process reviews to identify risks and implement process improvements.
- Assist in strategic financial planning, forecasting, and long-term budgeting activities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration; CPA/ACCA/CFA certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in a Finance Manager or Senior Finance role within a corporate setting.
- Strong working knowledge of Singapore financial regulations, MAS compliance, and corporate tax planning.
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
- Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling, pivot tables, and VLOOKUP.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership capabilities.
- Strong communication skills to effectively present financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
