Activation Machine Inc. is seeking a visionary Finance Manager to lead our financial operations in Ortigas, Metro Manila. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies aligned with company goals and long-term objectives.
- Analyze complex financial data and big data sets to provide actionable insights for executive decision-making.
- Oversee the budgeting process, including preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.
- Prepare and present detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to the board of directors and senior management.
- Ensure strict compliance with local financial regulations, tax laws, and internal control procedures.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements to optimize operational efficiency and profitability.
- Manage the monthly closing process and ensure the accuracy of general ledger accounts.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional certification such as CPA, CFA, or ACCA is strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in finance management, with a strong background in strategic planning.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and advanced Excel skills.
- Experience in handling big data and utilizing financial software and ERP systems.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor junior finance staff and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex financial data into clear, strategic narratives.
