Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the day-to-day activities of the Finance Team, ensuring efficient operations and accurate financial reporting
- Develop, implement, and maintain financial systems, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to support organizational goals
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to support strategic decision-making processes
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger functions
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements
- Collaborate with other departments to support financial planning and analysis initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification is preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and best practices
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel; experience with ERP systems is a plus
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
