Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies aligned with company objectives
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Manage financial risk and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Lead the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to support strategic decision-making
- Supervise accounting operations and ensure efficient record-keeping
- Coordinate with department heads to align financial goals with operational needs
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or professional certification (ACCA, CMA, CPA) preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, standards, and best practices
- Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively
- Experience in a similar industry is highly desirable
