Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes to support corporate objectives.
- Perform in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost optimization and revenue growth.
- Drive continuous improvement of financial systems, tools, and reporting workflows to enhance accuracy and operational efficiency.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports and presentations for executive management to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with all financial policies, statutory requirements, and internal controls across all business units.
- Partner with operational department heads to provide financial insights and support strategic projects.
- Manage the cash flow forecasting process and monitor working capital requirements to ensure organizational liquidity.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; CPA or MBA is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, or accounting management.
- Expertise in financial modeling and proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel.
- Strong understanding of Philippine accounting standards and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing finance teams.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to convey complex financial data to non-finance stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced, and dynamic corporate environment.
