Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee the full spectrum of financial operations, including general ledger management, accounts payable/receivable, and cash flow management.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in compliance with MFRS and statutory requirements.
- Direct the annual budgeting and forecasting process, identifying variances and providing actionable insights to management.
- Establish and maintain robust internal control policies and procedures to mitigate financial risks.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax agents, and regulatory bodies to ensure full corporate compliance.
- Provide critical support for IPO readiness, including financial restructuring and documentation preparation.
- Analyze financial performance data to support strategic decision-making and business growth initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, ICAEW, or MIA) is highly preferred.
- Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, preferably in a credit or financial services environment.
- Proven track record in financial reporting, audit management, and treasury functions.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel; experience with financial software migration is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian tax laws, corporate secretarial compliance, and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent analytical skills with a meticulous attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to mentor and guide junior finance staff.
