Tanggung Jawab
- Lead strategic financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to support business growth objectives
- Oversee financial reporting, variance analysis, and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Optimize cost accounting systems and inventory valuation for food manufacturing operations
- Manage cash flow forecasting, working capital, and treasury functions
- Develop and implement internal controls to ensure financial accuracy and risk mitigation
- Analyze financial performance metrics and provide actionable insights to senior leadership
- Coordinate external audits and ensure adherence to accounting standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA/ACCA certification preferred
- Minimum 5 years of progressive finance experience with 2+ years in managerial role
- Proven expertise in financial reporting, cost accounting, and budgeting processes
- Strong understanding of food manufacturing cost structures and operational finance
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and financial software
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data
- Experience leading cross-functional financial initiatives and team development
