Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the daily financial operations and treasury functions.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.
- Oversee budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Develop and implement internal controls and financial policies to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and banking relationships.
- Conduct financial audits and coordinate with external auditors.

Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a similar managerial role within the manufacturing or industrial sector.
- Professional qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
- Proven track record in financial planning, budgeting, and cost control.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
