Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full cycle of financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure accurate and timely transactions.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
- Implement and monitor internal controls and financial procedures to mitigate risk and ensure compliance.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to maximize productivity and professional growth.
- Ensure strict adherence to local tax regulations, MAS guidelines, and statutory reporting requirements.
- Collaborate with department heads to analyze cost structures and identify areas for operational efficiency.
- Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and government agencies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or CA is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in financial management, preferably within the medical or manufacturing industry.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
- Proven track record of managing a finance team and handling complex financial projects.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
