In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of finance functions, driving efficiency through process automation, and providing actionable insights to the leadership team. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end financial reporting, including month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.
- Develop and implement robust financial controls, policies, and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.
- Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes to support business growth strategies.
- Oversee cash flow management, treasury functions, and banking relationships.
- Drive the preparation of management reports, variance analysis, and KPIs to provide actionable insights to executive leadership.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax agents, and relevant regulatory bodies to ensure strict compliance with local standards.
- Support the implementation of new financial systems and process automation to improve departmental productivity.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or ICAEW).
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in financial management, preferably within the FinTech, technology, or startup industry.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, NetSuite, or SAP) and advanced Excel modeling skills.
- Deep understanding of Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS) and tax regulations.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced, and ambiguous working environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
